Owner and Founder

Steve Cheng is a retired US Army Colonel and a graduate of the National War College.  Throughout his 30 years in military and civil service, he served from the tactical to the policy level and is an expert in Joint Logistics, Special Operations, National Security Strategy, and Intelligence-related activities.  Since retiring in 2019, Steve has also served as a Business Development Principal for a major defense company and as Vice President for a small business in the intelligence community.
